SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship to:
- United Kingdom
If your country isn’t listed at checkout, please contact us at help@strokemyhair.co.uk and we’ll do our best to assist.
PROCESSING TIMES
- Orders are packed and dispatched within 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed after 12pm may be processed the next business day.
- During busy periods such as new product launches, sales, or holiday seasons, processing times may take an additional 1–2 more days.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Because our products are cosmetic and hygienic, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, opened, or used items. Please choose carefully before purchasing.
We will gladly offer a replacement or refund in the following situations:
- Your item arrives damaged or faulty.
- You receive the wrong item in your order.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
- Contact us at help@strokemyhiar.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the product/packaging.
- Once approved, we will provide instructions for return or replacement.
REFUND POLICY
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Strokemyhair is not responsible for any bank or processing delays once the refund has been issued.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Honey Brow error.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer product exchanges due to hygiene regulations. If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace it with the same item.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your bank or card provider (processing times may vary).
- If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at help@strokemyhiar.co.uk
